Shipping and Handling Fees
Please remember to review your shipping address prior to sending your order, to ensure all is correct. We would also ask that, if possible, you provide a telephone number with your order, as this tends to help orders get through customs quicker.
All our books are packed as follows:
- Hardcover books: wrapped in brown kraft paper, shrink wrapped and then covered with bubble wrap. Depending the size and weight of the book, either placed in a bubble envelope or a cardboard box.
- Softcover books: wrapped in brown kraft paper, backed with a piece of cardboard, shrink wrapped and then placed in a bubble envelope.
*Shipping rates quoted below are for books weighing up to 1kg(2.2lbs). For books over 1kg (2.2lbs) and multi-volume sets, we may contact you regarding an additional shipping cost to cover the actual cost of postage.*
Canada
- Surface - CAD $7.50 - Extra Item - CAD $2.00. (Estimated delivery time: up to 9 business days to most destinations in Canada, except YT or NU, which take about 17 business days according to Canada Post)
- Air Mail - CAD $15.00 first item - Extra Item - CAD $3.00 (Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days)
USA
- Surface - CAD $7.50 - Extra Item - CAD $2.00 (Estimated delivery time: about 8 to 15 business days - EXCEPT for Alaska - 16 business days and Hawaii - 29 business days).
- Air Mail - CAD $15.00 first item - Extra Item - CAD $4.00 (Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days)

International
If you are located outside of North America, please send us an inquiry using our Contact Us form for a shipping quote. Please include the book title and your name and address so that we may quote you actual shipping.
Return Policy
You may return your book within 30 days of receiving same for a full refund. For returns where the book was not as described, we provide a full refund plus return shipping. Please contact us by email prior to returning your book and we will provide you with return instructions, and upon receipt of the book, we will process your refund. We would ask that you repackage the book in the same manner as it arrived.
